Forklift and Pedestrian Safety Alerts
FACSOR Forklift Safety tracks forklifts, machinery and people on your existing CCTV and warns when they come too close or a lane is blocked. Floor supervisors are alerted before a near-miss becomes an accident.

What FACSOR Forklift Safety detects
- Forklifts too close to people
- Collision risks between vehicles
- Pallets and objects blocking forklift lanes
How FACSOR forklift safety works
- Connect the cameras you already have. FACSOR reads their streams from your NVR, DVR or cameras over RTSP or RTMP.
- FACSOR tracks forklifts, machinery and people in each lane you draw and checks the distance between them and anything in their path.
- Alerts reach the right people by role, from floor supervisors to the plant head, by SMS, in the mobile app and on the web app.
Camera view: A high view of the lane or dock, with forklifts and people in frame.
Questions and answers
Can I set different rules for each lane?
Yes. You draw each lane or bay as a zone on the camera view and set its rule, such as a proximity threshold or a cooldown between alerts.
Does it need sensors on the forklifts?
No. FACSOR works from the CCTV cameras you already have, with no tags, sensors or new hardware on the forklifts.
Who receives the alerts?
The people you set by role, from floor supervisors up to the plant head. Alerts arrive by SMS, in the FACSOR mobile app and on the web app.
