Camera-Based OEE for Manual and Assembly Lines

FACSOR OEE Monitoring measures availability and performance on manual and assembly lines from your existing CCTV, and tracks worker efficiency separately. Plant heads see how each line runs without new sensors on the line.

Example: camera-based OEE monitoring on a manual assembly line.

What FACSOR OEE Monitoring measures

  • Availability
  • Performance
  • Worker efficiency
  • Downtime

How FACSOR OEE monitoring works

  1. Connect the cameras you already have. FACSOR reads their streams from your NVR, DVR or cameras over RTSP or RTMP.
  2. FACSOR watches the line or station, tracks when it runs and stops and how much it produces, and works out availability and performance.
  3. The figures update live on the FACSOR dashboard, where the team can see them for every line, bay or gate.

Camera view: A view of the line or station, with its output in frame.

Questions and answers

Does it work on manual lines?

Yes. FACSOR OEE Monitoring is built for manual and assembly lines, where machine data is often not available.

Do I need sensors on my machines?

No. FACSOR measures OEE from the CCTV cameras you already have, with no sensors or new hardware on the line.

Is worker efficiency part of OEE?

No. FACSOR shows worker efficiency as its own figure beside line availability and performance.
