Box and Sack Counting During Loading and Unloading

FACSOR Load Counting counts boxes and sacks as they are loaded onto or unloaded from trucks, on your existing CCTV. Each bay shows boxes loaded, boxes unloaded and trucks handled, live.

Example: bag counting at a loading dock, workers carrying sacks into a truck.

What FACSOR Load Counting counts

  • Boxes loaded
  • Boxes unloaded
  • Sacks
  • Trucks handled at each bay

How FACSOR load counting works

  1. Connect the cameras you already have. FACSOR reads their streams from your NVR, DVR or cameras over RTSP or RTMP.
  2. FACSOR counts each box or sack as it goes into or comes out of the truck at the bay.
  3. The figures update live on the FACSOR dashboard, where the team can see them for every line, bay or gate.

Questions and answers

Does it count both loading and unloading?

Yes. FACSOR counts boxes loaded and boxes unloaded separately for each bay.

Do workers need to scan anything?

No. FACSOR counts from the camera view, with no scanners, tags or new hardware at the bay.

Do I need new cameras?

No. FACSOR works on the CCTV cameras you already have, reading their streams over RTSP or RTMP. There is no camera replacement or rewiring.
